Lemon has been known to have many benefits to individuals be it in the regards to health , Skin care , hair care , Sanitization and weight loss.
I’m going to be giving five uses of lemon in the aspects mentioned above .
Weight Benefits : Losing weight is really important to avoid obesity . Lemon juice can be a source to lose weight since it contains poly phenols which influences rapid fat burning thus leading to weight loss.
Squeeze in lemon into a cup and drink the juice every morning and night to aid weight loss.
For Skin Treatment
Lemon juice contain citric acid which contain anti – inflammatory properties that can be used as a skin exfoliator for treating acne and it is also said to stop the bacteria that causes acne .
Squeeze lemon juice and use it to rub your face at night .
NB: Lemon juice causes side effect in some people so make sure you are careful and not use too much .
For Health benefits :
Lemon contains vitamin C which helps the immunity of human body . It can reduce or stop cough and also relieve sore throat .
To treat cough mix lemon with warm water and sugar then drink or you can mix lemon and honey .
Lemon can be used to sanitize utensils and also clean kitchen counter tops . For sanitizing mix lemon and salt together then you use to the mixture to scrub .
Hair benefits : Lemon juice can be used to wash out dirt and build in products from hair .
In conclusion Lemon has so many benefits and uses therefore lemon should be a common home necessity.
